We charge a flat rate of $6 per order. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Not always. Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, items in the same order may ship separately from different production facilities. You'll receive a tracking number for each package. All items will arrive within the standard 5–10 business day delivery window.

Personalized items: Because our products are customized with your chosen anniversary year, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Defective or damaged products: Contact us immediately at hello@evertwelve.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund—you won't need to return the item.

How to return: Email hello@evertwelve.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization number and instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
