Are your products suitable for all 12-step programs?
Yes! Our products honor the spiritual principles shared across all 12-step programs—AA, NA, Al-Anon, OA, GA, and beyond. The phrases we feature, like "Practicing Love," "Helping Others," and "Letting Go," reflect the universal values at the heart of all Twelve Step recovery. Whether you're celebrating freedom from alcohol, drugs, codependency, or any other addiction, our products are designed for your journey. We're not affiliated with any specific organization, but we support all recovery communities with deep respect for the principles that unite them.
Can I customize beyond the anniversary year?
Our standard customization includes anniversary year — but if you have something special in mind, we'd love to hear from you! Send an email with your idea at hello@evertwelve.com and we'll get right back to you.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All of our products are made to order and shipped as they're produced, wrapped in Evertwelve-branded packaging, and we plan to offer gift wrapping soon.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of $6. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Will all my items ship together?
Not always. Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, items in the same order may ship separately from different production facilities. You'll receive a tracking number for each package. All items will arrive within the standard 5–10 business day delivery window.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days, with one important exception:
- Non-Personalized Items: Return within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Personalized Items: Because our products are customized with your chosen anniversary year, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.
- Defective or Damaged Products: Contact us immediately at hello@evertwelve.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund — you won't need to return the item.
- How to Return: Email hello@evertwelve.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization number and instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
